SEA-EAT blog has started a a Central Wiki database to sort all the incoming and received information. They also have a section for missing persons and the number of confirmed Deaths in the tsunami tragedy. Although there are not many names on the list, there are links to lists and contact information for Australia and Thailand. Other countries will follow I presume.
