Augustine owns a small company that offers construction and technical services. He wants to buy 6 cement mixers in order to cut down on the costs he incurs in hiring machinery. This will boost his productivity and increase his monthly turnover.

Augustine is an engineer by profession. In 2004, he decided to establish his own company that offers construction and technical services like electrical wiring and plumbing. Unfortunately, he had only 3 employees and this limited the number of contracts he would get. Overtime, he was able to expand his company using his profits and he hired 5 more employees. As a result, his business attracted more clients and he currently has the capacity to handle bigger contracts. Augustine generates a net income of 100 euros at the end of every month.
