Josephat intends to increase the stock of the consumer goods especially during this rainy season so as to allow his customers access the goods required at one stop. He also plans to introduce new and different types of goods that the shop is currently lacking.This will create satisfaction to his customers and hence increase in revenue.

Josephat began his spare parts business in the year 2000 and that of the supermarket in May 2008. His businesses currently have a total of 3 employees, 2 of whom are women. Josephat would like to diversify his stock and stock up so as to avoid stock out costs.
